Hours:
9.30 to 17.00 (with the possibility to continue until late)
you will end Sunday at 16.30 with a small representation . Therefore, participants should take care to invite their friends, family, acquaintances. There will be a buffet at the end, the entrance is free to the public.
Administrative Information:
Ci saranno persone addette alla pulizia della casa e palestra ma solitamente tendiamo a vivere momenti di comunione anche al di fuori del corso, per questo è gradita un’unione tra tutti i partecipanti condividendo la gestione della casa. Non si assicurano i posti letto per tutti i partecipanti quindi si spera abbiate lo spirito di adattamento. Per chi preferisce è possibile creare un’area per le tende, farete comunque uso della casa in qualsiasi momento, la porta sarà sempre aperta.
L'appuntamento è il 1° Maggio alla stazione di Poggio Mirteto alle ore 9,30
sia per chi arriva con il treno sia per chi arriverà con la proprio auto.

Road information:
From Rome: highway Salaria, a traffic light you will see indications for Corese Pass, then follow signs to Poggio Mirteto, always follow the road and arrive at Poggio Mirteto Scalo.
Directions from Florence: Autostrada del Sole, exit Ponzano Romano, followed by Step Corese after 8 mile on the right are station Mirteto Poggio.
Things to bring:
- linen / sleeping bag / swimsuit / fitness mats (if you have)
- will work without shoes. Bring aerobic shoes, socks, slip, etc. ...

ginnastica e tuta (la mattina fa freddo)
Per il corso portare:
- Un asciugamano grande per i massaggi
- Vestiti semplici tipo bianco e nero (storie zen) e vesti colorati e larghi (storie sufi)
Emmanuel dice:
“un full immertion” molto full e con un bel po’d'immertion, nel mondo dello zen ( clownesco) e dei racconti giapponesi legati all’umorismo.
Si apre con questo seminario un ciclo di studi-spettacoli, dove gli studi saranno molto intensi nei luoghi più diversificati caratterizzati da un rapporto stretto con la natura: high on a mountain, or down, in a cave in the nest of an eagle (they are in discussion with the eagle holding back a bit ').
