By chance I read this post , explaining that in Rome it is introducing the collection of waste. As in all places where I lived, both in Italy and abroad, the separation is done by separating waste at source means any inhabited place has has several dedicated bins (the application is not the same everywhere, but the principle is that ) which are emptied by the authority with a schedule decided earlier this year.
do not know if this is the best method of all, I know that nowadays almost anywhere you do different this is adopted, and that if they do then surely the Germans a sense it does. ;
The great thing about post is that one would expect joy and jubilation, finally recycle and respect the environment. Instead, the author and all commentators (except one) complain that oh, touches divide the garbage, touches learn to distinguish between an apple and a plastic bottle and everything is so far beyond their reach.
Solution: abolish existing laws, physical and chemical materials also only produce "bio", so that paper, plastic, metal, food and water all end up in the same bin without thinking.

Comunque pare che il pagamento della tassa non sia proporziale alla quantità di rifiuto non riciclabile prodotto, ma sia legato al vecchio metodo della metratura della casa: bravissimi, così hanno eliminato il senso della divisione all'origine, cioè rendere la separazione economicamente vantaggiosa.
